• Guide partner delivery teams across EMEA to ensure their engineering practices and technical implementations consistently align with Appian’s highest architectural standards.
• Review complex enterprise application designs to ensure platform scalability, security frameworks, performance tuning, and long-term maintainability for mission-critical client deployments.
• Mentor partner technical leads, solution architects, and developers, building high-performing partner teams capable of delivering complex applications independently.
