? We’re hiring: Area Sales Manager – Home Care | Southern Europe

Are you an experienced B2B sales professional ready to take
ownership of a multi-country market and drive growth across
Southern Europe?

A leading multinational company in the chemical industry is looking
for an Area Sales Manager – Home Care to develop its business
across Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.

? The opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take a key role in
accelerating commercial growth across the region — combining
strategic sales planning, business development and strong customer
relationship management.
You will:
? Drive sales growth and gross margin across your markets
? Identify and convert new business opportunities
? Build long-term relationships with customers through regular
face-to-face interaction
? Lead customer development projects and support marketing
initiatives
? Manage forecasts, territory priorities and customer performance
? Monitor market trends, competitors, opportunities and business
risks
? Recommend products through a consultative and technically




informed sales approach
? Support agents and distributors across the territory
? Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service,
Production and Distribution teams

? What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Educational background in CHEMICAL SCIENCES OR HEALTH SCIENCES
✔ Strong B2B sales experience, ideally within the chemical, Home
Care or a related industry
✔ Solid commercial experience and market knowledge
✔ Confidence discussing technical concepts with customers
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and
organisational skills
✔ A proactive commercial mindset, with autonomy and strong
decision-making skills
✔ High-level Spanish, English and Italian
✔ Availability to travel across Southern Europe and a valid driving
licence.
