Your Skills And Experience

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.




• Experience leading New Product Development (NPD) or engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
