Rate: Up to €65 per hour Location: Remote - EU Contract: 18 months We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Workstream Lead to join a major enterprise HCM transformation programme, taking ownership of the user experience and accessibility workstream. This is a senior, strategic position rather than a traditional hands-on UI designer role. You'll act as the programme's authority on UX and accessibility, ensuring a coherent, accessible and user-friendly experience across employees, managers, candidates, recruiters and HR teams. You'll work across business, HR, technology, change and implementation teams, helping ensure UX considerations are embedded throughout the programme rather than treated as an afterthought. What you'll be doing: Lead the UI/UX workstream across a large-scale HCM transformation Establish and maintain UX and experience governance Own accessibility and compliance considerations, including audit readiness Oversee end-to-end employee and manager journeys Identify and mitigate UX,



accessibility and adoption risks Challenge design decisions where necessary and ensure consistency across the platform Manage stakeholder expectations around platform capabilities and limitations Collaborate across HR, technology, business, change and implementation teams Coordinate with specialist UX and accessibility SMEs Ensure UX requirements are incorporated into design, testing, change, communications and deployment Help shape a scalable long-term employee experience strategy What we're looking for: Senior-level experience leading UX, Employee Experience (EX) or digital experience initiatives Strong background in large-scale HR, HCM, ERP or digital transformation programmes Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills Deep understanding of accessibility standards and compliance Experience balancing user, business, technology and regulatory requirements Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and influence programme-level decisions Track record of improving adoption, reducing complexity and increasing end-user productivity through user-centred design #J-18808-Ljbffr
