About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting, generate qualified leads, and build a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.
This is a hands-on sales development role for someone who enjoys connecting with potential customers, identifying business opportunities, and turning initial conversations into qualified meetings for the sales team.
You’ll be responsible for executing cold calling, email outreach, social prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM management while continuously improving outreach strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
The idóneo candidate has previous experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or lead generation,



communicates confidently with decision-makers, and takes ownership of their pipeline and performance metrics.
You’ll collaborate closely with account executives and sales leadership while independently managing daily outreach activities.
What You’ll Own
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation• Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, personalized emails, and social outreach.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified sales leads.
• Research prospective companies and relevant decision-makers.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
• Develop personalized outreach messages to improve prospect engagement.
• Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple communication channels.
• Identify new opportunities within target markets.
• Maintain a steady volume of outbound activity to support pipeline growth.
