The Senior Team Lead, Facilities is a developing management role, responsible for providing regular operational support through the management and coordination of maintenance, repairs and office moves, as well as new buildings and expansion projects within the organization.

This role ensures that all related facilities type of activities are carried out within the service level agreement and is also responsible for fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture across the facilities team(s) within their remit.

Key responsibilities:• Manages the coordination of maintenance and repairs requests and ensures that all service requests are responded to and dealt with in a timely manner.




• Manages the completion of daily building inspections and reports any findings to the relevant risk management team.
• Manages identified non-compliance to maintenance standards to ensures adherence to the required health and safety standards.
• Ensures that buildings, offices, and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are met.
• Contributes to the build of new business facilities, by ensuring the most appropriate selection of sites.
• Contributes to renewals, options, terminations and escalations of existing building leases and advises on the planning and coordination of office moves and expansions and renovations within the organization.
• Oversees the replacement of broken and depreciated tools and equipment.
• Ensures that office equipment operates effectively with minimal unplanned downtime and maintains accurate records of the condition of equipment.
