The Role:
As a Collections Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting cash flow, reducing overdue debt and delivering an outstanding customer financial services experience.





Managing a portfolio of customer accounts across Spain and Portugal, you will drive timely collections, resolve payment disputes and build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Working closely with Credit, Sales and Customer Service teams, you'll use data, insight and technology to improve payment performance while supporting business growth.

Your Impact:

• Build strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate solutions and support positive commercial outcomes.
