As Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead a growing Technical Solutions and Customer Delivery team, ensuring seamless software implementation for enterprise customers across the energy sector. You will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from onboarding and integration design to ongoing customer operations, while driving improvements in processes, project management, and team performance. Working at the intersection of commercial, product, and technical functions, you will help translate complex customer requirements into scalable solutions. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic oversight with direct involvement in challenging implementations and key customer accounts. Accountabilities:

• Lead and develop the Technical Solutions and Customer Delivery team, overseeing workload allocation, account assignments, team planning, performance management, and regular team meetings.

• Drive operational and cultural improvements across delivery activities, introducing greater project discipline, standardising processes, and rationalising implementation use cases.

• Optimise customer implementation processes, particularly onboarding and systems integration, to improve efficiency, consistency, and the overall customer experience.

• Oversee the full customer delivery portfolio, monitor the health and progress of ongoing projects, provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders, and proactively identify risks requiring escalation or intervention.

• Personally manage selected implementation project
