Working closely with leadership, Product, Sales, and Content teams, you will turn product innovations and customer success stories into compelling marketing campaigns. From SEO and paid acquisition to community engagement, social media, and product launches, you will have the freedom to test new ideas and scale what works. Accountabilities:
As Growth Lead, you will own the growth strategy and execution across organic, paid, content, and community channels, with the primary goal of increasing the number of developers trying the platform and converting interest into measurable business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Own and improve the primary growth metric by increasing product trials, self-service sign-ups, and demo bookings through effective marketing initiatives and conversion optimisation.

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical SEO, content optimisation, and backlink acquisition, to improve visibility for relevant developer and cloud infrastructur
