As a Clinical Application Specialist Ultrasound you´ll provide trust and build customer loyalty, and provide clinical customer support. Additional responsibilities include support of sales and marketing efforts through clinical presentations, product demonstrations.
Location: Madrid with main scope in Spain and Portugal.
In this role you will report directly to Zone Business Leader Ultrasound Iberia.
You are responsible for
• Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for Ultrasound products and solutions.
• Supporting and executing Sales through Product demonstrations show case the benefits of Philips Ultrasound solutions to final users or customers.
• Supporting and advising the sales force and other members of Clinical Application Team during customer acquisition also tenders.
• Providing clinical and technical expertise to customers, users and other members of the Clinical Application Team by training them in order to optimize the usage of our products.
• Assisting customers and sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs.
• Developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
• Supporting new products launches.
• Training (re-training) customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage.
• Seminars and workshop preparation and presential support.
• Product presentations to customers through company materials.
• Working with the sales team to achieve its sales objectives in the assigned geographical area contributing to the total Iberia results.
