Job Description:
An opportunity for an ERP Business Project Manager ( has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Air Power ERP Business Project Manager (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment to drive the implementation and optimization of ERP systems in the Business Unit Air Power.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead and manage ERP projects in the Air Power division from a business perspective encompasing from conception through implementation, including schedule, budget, and resource planning.
• Work closely with stakeholders from various departments (e.g., Digital, Engineering, Production, Procurement) to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the analysis of existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities through the use of ERP systems.
• Coordinate external service providers and system integrators.
• Conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, report to management, and ensure compliance with quality standards.




• Ensure planning and delivery of end-user training.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

SKiLLS
• Bachelor degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in project management - best of ERP implementations or optimizations, ideally in the aerospace or defense sector.
• In-depth knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and their modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English (business fluent / negotiation-level).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
