JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Performance & Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing Fintech reporting,



analytics and automation capabilities.
The role works across multiple Fintech domains, providing business visibility through Tableau dashboards, Snowflake analytics, KPI monitoring and advanced data analysis.
The position contributes to automation initiatives, data quality improvements, reporting optimisation and strategic project delivery, while supporting data-driven decision making across Fintech leadership teams.
The role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking and business understanding to translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.
