Job DescriptionReporting to a senior executive within the Innovation organization, the successful candidate will:* Lead and transform the Medical function, driving its strategic positioning across the organization.* Partner closely with Commercial and cross-functional teams to support business growth, portfolio development and medical strategy across key therapeutic areas including Ophthalmology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Urology and Consumer Health.* Build strong relationships with international partners, distributors and external stakeholders.* Contribute to licensing opportunities, partnerships, due diligence processes and portfolio evaluation initiatives.* Drive scientific excellence and ensure Medical Affairs becomes a key contributor to business decision-making.* Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams covering Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance and Scientific Training.* Establish new processes, governance models and ways of working that support organizational effectiveness and future growth.* Actively contribute to innovation initiatives and future business opportunities.
