Описание: At Paul Marlex, we are looking for an Industry Manager for the Adhesives and Sealants division of a leading international distributor of chemical products, with a long track record in the sector and strong growth in the Iberian market. We are looking for a commercially oriented profile with a technical background in chemistry, knowledge of the adhesives and sealants industry, and a results-oriented approach. You will report directly to the Sales Director, and your mission will be to drive business growth in Spain and Portugal by developing the existing portfolio and opening up new opportunities. Задачи: Increase the business volume of the Adhesives and Sealants division in the Iberian market, with a broad product portfolio. Develop and build loyalty within the existing customer portfolio, offering technical and commercial solutions tailored to their needs. Identify and develop new business opportunities and new accounts in the sector. Maintain close relationships with the represented companies, acting as their key point of contact in the market.



Lead negotiations and complex sales processes through to the closing of agreements. Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure an agile, high-quality service for customers. Требования: A degree in Chemistry or a qualification relevant to the position. Commercial experience in the chemical sector, preferably in raw materials for the adhesives and sealants industry. Fluent English. Availability to travel. Ability to negotiate, influence, and close agreements in complex sales environments. A dynamic profile, highly motivated by commercial targets, with the vision to identify opportunities and a business expansion mindset.
