What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work as a team
- Fluent in Spanish & intermediate/fluent English
- A versátil and positive approach
- Ability to provide Excellent Customer Service in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working effectively in challenging situations, such as flight delays and disruptions
- As we employ on local contracts, you will already hold full right to work documents forSpain(DNI / NIE / TIE).
What you will do in the role
- Create Memories - Ensuring the delivery of outstanding Customer Servicethat meets the needs of ourcustomersand promotes ourbrand values.
- Be Present - Greet our customers at the arrivals area at the start of their holiday to create a great first impression, providing a friendly and efficient check-in and boarding service for departing customers, offering helpful advice on the sales desk and being present for our customers throughout their time at the airport
- Take Responsibility - EnsuringJet2.com’spolicies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out. Responsible for safety reporting using the company system (The Hub)
- Work as One Team - Working in partnership with internal colleagues and internal partners including Ground Operations colleagues, thirdparty providers and our Flight Deckand Cabin Crew Teams to ensure the best Customer experience
To comply with airport regulations and company policy, you will need to provide a 5-year history covering all employment, education, addresses, travel, self-employment, unemployment, cash-in-hand work, and any gaps of 28 days or more (supporting evidence required). A criminal record check will also be required from the country of the role you are applying for and any country where you have lived for 6 months or more in the last 5 years.
