Let’s get in touch.What You'll Be DoingOwning key operational processes for crypto productsLeading new initiatives, from concept through execution, across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and TreasuryDesigning scalable, resilient processes that meet compliance and regulatory standards across multiple regionsCollaborating with internal and external partners (e.g., crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, custodians, etc.)Monitoring and improving key performance metrics for crypto operations and product healthSupporting new market launches and adapting crypto operations to jurisdictional requirementsResearching best practices in the market and recommending innovations for our roadmapPartnering with Product Managers to influence prioritisation and customer experienceWhat You'll Need4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environmentsA track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in ambiguityA data-driven mindset and to comfortable using tools like Excel or SQLExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAn interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems (products, infrastructure, regulatory landscape)Nice to haveExperience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech productsExposure to regulated environments, especially in financial services and cryptoBuilding a general financial super app isn't enough.
