What you'll do

- Manage the full lifecycle of growth strategy, including pricing, loyalty programs, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Execute and implement growth initiatives across all active Glovo markets.
- Analyze results from growth experiments to determine performance outcomes and future improvements.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable data insights for senior leadership.
- Identify new opportunities to boost user acquisition, retention, and order frequency.
- Collaborate directly with VPs and Growth directors to scale the Q-commerce business.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics,



Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Mastery of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, data visualization, and storytelling skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to exercise sound business judgment.

Nice to have

- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
- Interest in learning additional query languages.
