Задачи:

- Manage the complete monthly billing cycle: pre-billing, adjustments and closing.
- Review and analyze discrepancies to ensure all services are billed correctly.
- Resolve billing incidents and claims in a sustainable and documented manner.
- Client pricing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success and Tech teams to ensure an accurate flow of information.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to automate, standardize and optimize processes.
- Keep internal procedures and documentation related to billing and financial processes up to date.
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Manage the settlement of carrier claims, ensuring accuracy and appropriate timelines.

Требования:





- Previous experience in billing and incident management.
- Knowledge of Oracle.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Analytical, methodical and focused on continuous improvement.
- Proactive, resourceful and organized.
- Native Spanish.
