About This Role As a Helpdesk Technician, in Technical Support team, your role will be delivering high-quality customer service and efficiently resolving basic technical issues. Roles & Responsibilities * Provide Level 1 IT support in Portuguese/Spanish via phone and email * Troubleshoot basic hardware,
