As part of our European expansion, we are seeking a Sales Area Manager to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring sales growth and commercial performance of the following territories: Spain and Portugal Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Business Development * Deliver measurable sales growth and exceed revenue targets across markets. * Identify, open, and activate new retail and online accounts to expand coverage. * Develop country-specific action plans to drive market share and brand visibility. In-Store & Online Strategy * Negotiate strategic product placements to secure the best visibility and maximize sales potential. * Implement POS materials and Visual Merchandising to guarantee a consistent brand image according to Marketing guidelines * Ensure that online brand presence reflects the quality of our in-store execution Product Knowledge & Account Management * Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers * Conduct regular sales reviews,



joint business plans, and sell-out tracking * Lead effective product trainings to enhance retail staff engagement, brand advocacy, and sell-out performance Operational Management * Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts for the assigned area. * Analyze sales performance reports and provide management with strategic insights and recommendations. * Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings within the territory. Requirements: * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strategic thinker with operational execution skills and results-driven approach. * Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken), additional languages such as Portuguese is an asset.
