What you will do in this role
- - Coordinate customer return requests, generating labels and arranging shipping.
- - Inspect inbound returned items, tracking them through the warehouse and documenting their condition.
- - Sort returns for refurbishment, repair, or recycling, and update inventory records accordingly.
- - Communicate with customers, providing status updates and resolving discrepancies.
- - Manage carriers and partners, resolving shipment issues and auditing performance.
