As an Infrastructure Engineer (Compute) you design and operate the compute layer for Revolut’s hybrid, containerised and physical hardware environments. You’ll build and maintain Kubernetes-on-bare-metal workloads and tooling that scale with the business. You’ll work closely with network, security, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable, efficient operations across data centers and public cloud. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving hardware and scale challenges and shaping scalable infrastructure. You’ll have a clear impact on system reliability and performance while contributing to Revolut’s mission at scale.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience managing physical hardware
• Experience with Kubernetes on bare metal and open-source storage (Ceph, xghoner MinIO)
• Experience automating infrastructure tasks with Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Deep knowledge of data center operations (power, cooling, rack)
• Familiarity with server hardware and storage systems (Dell, HP, Supermicro)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for hardware failures and bottlenecks
• Proficiency in one or more OOP languages (Go, Java, Python)
• Academic background in STEM
