Position: HR ExecutiveWe're looking for a driven, people-focused HR professional to join our team as a HR Executive — someone passionate about building great teams, shaping company culture, and driving people excellence in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll handle the full spectrum of HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement,

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
- Manage attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance to maintain a positive work environment
- Analyze HR metrics and contribute insights to workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategies aligned with TRAVELOG's growth objectives
- Support talent management, including career development and succession planning
