- Acquisition of new clients already present on the platform in a free format, to whom we offer up-selling to premium.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Management and expansion of the assigned client portfolio
- Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them understand and leverage products/services to meet their business needs.
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify and engage new clients, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle.
- Reach out to clients interested in learning more about our premium services guiding them through the benefits and opportunities available.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and B2B client management (new business development, client retention, and account management)
- Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- Highly results-oriented, determined, and team-driven
- A strong passion for sales and a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments
- Native-level French and fluent English proficiency
