providing legal advice on all employee related matters, including employment laws, employment contracts, employee claims, works councils and union representations.

Provide expert counsel on a range of employment law issues, including grievances, dismissals, employment contracts, benefits etc.Serve as a trusted advisor to the People and Culture team, local management and business leaders, guiding decision making on employee relations, risk management and complex workplace issues.
