The role provides expert guidance on HR policies, processes, employment legislation and labour relations, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and company governance standards.The HR Business Partner drives the implementation of HR strategy by leading organisational change, workforce initiatives and people-related programmes that support business and workforce objectives.

The role partners with leaders to deliver their strategic people agenda, harmonise policies and practices, and support local and global HR projects.

The role will also provide dedicated local HR support to VOIS functions in Spain.Working closely with Employee Relations, HR Operations, Shared Services and Centres of Expertise, the HR Business Partner ensures the delivery of integrated, consistent and commercially focused HR solutions, enabling leaders to effectively manage their teams while aligning local priorities with global
