In this Senior Manager, Decision Scientist role, you will translate business needs into reusable intelligence and decision logic within Global Development data products. You will collaborate with GD leaders to frame problems, define metrics, and specify how outputs are integrated and governed. You will partner with AI/DS teams when models are needed and work with IT to productionize approved intelligence capabilities. Your work aims to increase decision transparency, reuse, and value of AI-ready data products across development programs.

• Translate questions into reusable intelligence requirements, metrics, rules, and acceptance criteria
• Define descriptive, predictive and prescriptive intelligence for GD data products

• Define human-review requirements and production enablement in collaboration with IT
• Support reuse, adoption, and measurement of impact for data-product capabilities
• Partner with Data Products to represent decision knowledge consistently
• Set quality thresholds and monitoring for intelligence capabilities
• Define business context and decision logic for AI assistants and agents
• Collaborate with IT early to align architecture and security; support testing and release

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in a relevant data, technology or life-sciences discipline; PhD welcome
• 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology Ru0026D, clinical development or analytics
• Experience translating business questions into metrics and analytical requirements in regulated xghoner environments
• Knowledge of global development processes and decision-making across study planning and execution
• Understanding AI/ML outputs and GenA
