Neural Omega is a Madrid-based biotechnology company decoding autoimmunity. We combine science and technology to change how autoimmune conditions are understood, followed and treated.

Through Neural Omega Health, we build the native apps that connect healthcare professionals with the people they care for. We are building something new, and we are looking for people who want to build it with us.

Role Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer at an early stage of their career to build our native apps and the backend behind them, working directly with the founding team.
You will:
• Build native iOS apps in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Develop and maintain our API in Swift (Vapor), deployed on Azure.
• Build the Android version of our apps.
• Own features end to end,



from the first line of code to the App Store.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in Madrid, mostly on-site.

Qualifications
• At least one app published on the App Store, and hands-on knowledge of the full release flow: signing, TestFlight, App Review and release.
• Solid Swift and SwiftUI.
• Comfortable with Git and working with ownership and regular code review.

Nice to have:
• Server-side Swift (Vapor), PostgreSQL and Azure.
• Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• CI/CD (Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions).
• Interest in healthcare.
