As a Regional Manager, you will lead the profitable and sustainable growth of sales within your assigned territory, translating the Iberia commercial strategy into clear action plans and ensuring excellent execution by your team. You will be responsible for business development, budget achievement, margin management, talent development, and strengthening strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders. As a visible field leader, you will actively contribute to the continued evolution of Medline’s commercial organization in Iberia.

• Deliver and exceed sales, growth, margin,



and profitability targets across the assigned territory through effective team leadership and execution.
• Define, implement, and monitor the regional commercial plan, aligned with Iberia strategic priorities and product division objectives.
• Manage forecasts, pipeline activity, and key commercial KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular business reviews by territory, customer, division, and sales representative, driving accountability and execution excellence.
• Monitor pricing strategy, and gross margin performance.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic customers, and other key decision-makers.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Iberian healthcare market.
• Drive the launch and adoption of new products, solutions, and service models in collaboration with local and European teams.
