As a Consultant Intern at BTS , you’ll support organizations in translating their strategies into action.
You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to help design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead.
Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting the facilitation of strategic workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual, helping teams connect their goals to business performance. Contributing to the design of customized learning journeys and simulations, in partnership with our global Centers of Expertise. Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution. Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
