We are looking for anAdministrative Assistantwith a strong command ofEnglish and Spanish, as well as advancedExcel skills, to join the finance team of a leading multinational company on atemporarybasis. The role involves close collaboration with the UK offices and will focus on accounts receivable and payable management, support for accounting processes, and continuous improvement of internal procedures.Accounts Receivable:Reconciliation of customer and supplier invoices.Monitoring due dates and ensuring timely collection of receivables.Issuing credit notes and managing discrepancies in coordination with other departments.Accounts Payable:Processing supplier invoices in the ERP system.Invoice verification and reconciliation.ERP & Process Support:Acting as a key ERP user and contributing to process improvement initiatives.Contract management.Daily review of SII (Immediate Supply of Information) to ensure accurate reporting of issued and received invoices.Higher Vocational Training (or equivalent) in Administration or a related field.Experience working with ERP systems.Advanced Excel skills.High level of English.Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.High level of accuracy in data handling and entry.ImmediateContract duration: Salary:€23,000 – €26,000 gross per year (depending on experience and performance)Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:15~ 1-hour lunch break Monday–Thursday)
