About This Role
Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across Gartner to coordinate requests with Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive.
In the role of CES Specialist, you will act as a connector between internal and external Clients and the Gartner Analyst community to problem solve around our clients most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems.

What you’ll do
Interprets client needs and identifies the most relevant Gartner Analyst to fulfill the requestProvides research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businessesPartners with internal stakeholders on client needsReads industry research and develops understanding of complex topicsProvides executive level customer serviceBuilds strong working relationships with the Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analyst community and receives unlimited access to all Gartner research content
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in proactive problem solving with complex scenariosStrong time management and organizational skillsAnalytical mindsetStrong business acumenGreat written and verbal (live) communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience
