Job Description Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a * At least 3/4 years of experience in IT within a large enterprise environment * 3–4 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, packet capture, and configuration of network and security devices * Solid experience with: WAN, LAN, WLAN * VPN and Remote Access solutions * Firewalls (configuration and troubleshooting), Palo Alto preferred. * Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network and security incidents (L2 support) * Experience working with network monitoring and management tools * Good understanding of network security concepts (DMZs, VLANs, partner connections, etc.) * Familiarity with corporate security standards, Computer Systems Validation & Compliance rules, and internal IT processes * Ability to lead cross-functional technical task forces and coordinate with multiple stakeholders * Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset,



and a problem-solving attitude * Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); any additional language is a plus * Once per week at the office near Barcelona. * Provide second-level technical support for Network and Security Services, including: WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN * DMZs and partner connections * Firewalls, Internet Proxies, Remote Access and VPN * Perform advanced troubleshooting and packet capture analysis to resolve complex incidents * Prepare and document incident reports, ensuring proper escalation and follow-up until resolution * Lead infrastructure cross-functional task forces for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives * Conduct proactive monitoring of network and security infrastructure, using available tools to: Identify trends and recurring issues * Detect and resolve events before they impact users * Contribute to problem analysis and continuous improvement of network and security services * Ensure that operational tickets and projects comply with: Corporate security standards * Comp
