Key Responsibilities Design and implementation of Service Now ITSM solutions Configuration and development within a domain separated Service Now instance Development of business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies Support of Service Now integrations with external systems Participation in technical design discussions Collaboration with stakeholders and project teams Ensuring adherence to Service Now best practices Your Profile We are looking for a Senior Service Now Consultant with strong technical expertise in Service Now ITSM platform development, deep knowledge of ITSM processes, and experience with enterprise implementations in domain separated environments.
