while closely collaborating with the Sales Support ManagerBuild and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales PlanConduct joint customer visits with the team members, to ensure good relationships with customers and supervise the field sales staff's performanceLead wholesalers relationships, in regards to agreements, bonuses, rebates, data management, etcYOU HAVE:Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automationPrevious experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low-voltage sector, locally & international (preferred).
Experience in leading teams, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.Proven ability to work in an international context.Great negotiating skills, used in collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and tact both internally and externally in a selling environment.
