Experteer Overview In this role you will own end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels and international markets, translating briefs into actionable plans and ensuring flawless delivery. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to orchestrate personalized customer communications at scale. Expect hands-on campaign execution, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. and monitor campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze • Ensure campaigns meet QA standards through testing and validation • Manage timelines and stakeholder expectations across concurrent projects • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights against KPIs • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to measure effectiveness and identify optimizations • Support development of automated customer journeys and lifecycle programs • Contribute to CRM best practices, operational excellence and innovation Responsabilidades • 1-2 years of experience in CRM Campaign Management or similar roles • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot or comparable CRM tech • Experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery processes • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer journey orchestration • Experience with campaign reporting and CRM KPIs • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Understanding of HTML email production processes and CRM ecosystems • Knowledge of
