Experteer Overview As Cluster Medical Lead, you will shape and drive the medical affairs strategy for our product portfolio in the cluster, collaborating with commercial and global teams. You will lead scientific communications, education, congress planning, and HCP engagement for the lead molecule, while supporting Early Access Programmes and ESRs in line with global strategy. You will manage Country Medical Lead and Field Medical Advisors, coordinate with clinical development, and ensure medical activities align with overall company strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on medical excellence to improve patient care across Europe.
