Our AI-powered platform transforms fragmented farm data into harmonized, usable data, seamlessly integrating it into customers' existing systems. Our solution is live and in production in the European food industry. Now we're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven person to help us scale. The Role You will: * Identify and win new customers among food processors, beverage manufacturers, dairies, cooperatives and other agricultural buyers. * Use your existing industry network to engage decision-makers in procurement,



agricultural sourcing, sustainability and supply-chain management. * Actively generate new business through outbound outreach, industry events, conferences and direct relationships. * Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and first meetings to proposals, negotiations and signed contracts. * Build your own pipeline and help shape our European go-to-market strategy. Who We're Looking For * 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in relevant B2B sales, business development or key account management. * Experience selling into the food and beverage industry, agricultural processing or agricultural supply chains. * An existing network of relevant industry contacts and the confidence to approach senior decision-makers. * A proven track record of generating your own leads, developing new business and closing deals. * Familiarity with AgTech, supply-chain software, sustaina
