Ability to solve customer issues with broad scope and high complexity, including integration challenges and cross‑functional technical scenarios. Knowledge of the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, including Dev Sec Ops practices, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud concepts. Hands‑on familiarity with a source code management, CI/CD, and collaboration platform such as Git Lab, and ability to connect platform capabilities to customer goals. Experience facilitating workshops, leading proofs of concept or proofs of value, and contributing to technical assessments, audits, or tender responses. Strong communication skills that adapt technical and business messages for practitioners, leaders, and executive stakeholders.
Relationship‑building skills with a customer‑focused approach, including listening, constructive challenge, and internal advocacy for customer requirements.
