As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone and email. In this role, you will provide professional and customer-focused support, advising customers on FLYERALARM’s extensive product portfolio and available options. You will assist them throughout the ordering process, help configure products according to their needs, and, when required, support them with adjustments to print files. Working closely with our production team in Germany, you will coordinate order-related matters, keep customers informed about the status of their orders, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every stage. With your friendly, service-oriented, and calm approach, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Did you know? preferably in business or design. * Experience in prepressor graphic design is a major plus * You have extensive work experience * Experience in customer service * Excellent command of Spanish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Catalan is a plus * Good command of English, both spoken and written.
