Shine, a European fintech unicorn and part of Cegid, seeks a Senior Compensation & Benefits Lead to own the rewards program across multiple European locations. You will shape the pay philosophy, conduct benchmarking, manage equity and incentives, and ensure transparency in compensation.
You will collaborate with the Chief People Officer, Finance and business leaders to align pay with market data and company goals, while driving simple, fair, and measurable rewards across the organisation.
