Experteer Overview In this role you will own end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels and international markets, translating briefs into actionable plans and ensuring flawless delivery. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to orchestrate personalized customer communications at scale. Expect hands-on campaign execution, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. - Own end-to-end CRM campaign execution across multiple channels and markets
- Translate client briefs into delivery plans and requirements
- Define audience segmentation strategies for personalized communications
- Coordinate production across designers, HTML developers, data analysts and strategists
- Configure, test, launch, and monitor campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze
- Ensure campaigns meet QA standards through testing and validation
- Manage timelines and stakeholder expectations across concurrent projects
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights against KPIs




- Collaborate with analytics and data teams to measure effectiveness and identify optimizations
- Support development of automated customer journeys and lifecycle programs
- Contribute to CRM best practices, operational excellence and innovationResponsabilidades
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM Campaign Management or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot or comparable CRM tech
- Experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery processes
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer journey orchestration
- Experience with campaign reporting and CRM KPIs
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Understanding of HTML email production processes and CRM ecosystems
- Knowledge of customer data structures; SQL a plus
