Melt Group is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an innovative Spanish company dedicated to developing eco-friendly and certified organic products for health, wellness, and daily care.Main Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate qualified leads in international markets through outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executives.- Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools.- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging.- Support the sales team in building relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic accounts.- Research target markets, identify new opportunities, and adapt prospecting strategies accordingly.- Achieve and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline contribution,
