We're looking for an ambitious and drivenTalent Acquisition Specialistto join a fast-growing AI technology company and help scale a integral, fully remote team behind one of the fastest-growingAI companionship platforms .Having reached50 million users in just two yearswith a team of approximately 100 employees, the company is entering its next stage of growth.This is ahigh-impact, end-to-end recruitment role, working closely with founders, senior leadership and hiring managers across multiple business functions, with a strong focus onTechnology, Engineering, Product and AI .We're looking for someone withstrong technical recruitment experience, international sourcing capabilities and a proactive, hands-on mindset, who can help attract exceptional global talent while improving recruitment processes and exploring AI-driven hiring solutions.What You'll Do:Ownend-to-end recruitment processes, from talent mapping and proactive sourcing through interviews, candidate evaluation and offer management.Identify and engagetop-tier technical and non-technical talent globally, particularly across major technology hubs.Develop creative sourcing strategies usingLinkedIn, technical communities,



AI tools and unconventional channels .Conduct structured screening interviews and provide actionable candidate assessments to hiring managers.Partner closely withfounders and senior leadershipto understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.Build strong international talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates.Deliver an exceptionalcandidate experiencethroughout the recruitment process.Contribute to improvingrecruitment workflows, employer branding and AI-powered sourcing and automation .What We're Looking For:3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least2 years in Technology/IT recruitment .Previous experience working within astart-up or scale-up environment .Proven experience sourcing and attractinginternational talent across Europe, the US, LATAM or other global markets .Strong understanding oftechnical recruitment, particularly Software Engineering, Product, AI or related functions.Demonstrated ability to engagepassive candidates through proactive sourcing and headhunting .Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and partnering with senior stakeholders.Familiarity withATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruitment tools .Excellent communication skills andfull professional fluency in English .A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and the ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-growth environment .Nice to Have:Experience recruiting withinAI, SaaS or high-growth technology companies .Exposure toAI-powered sourcing tools, recruitment automation or AI agents .Experience withemployer branding, compensation benchmarking or international talent mapping .Important:The company operates anAI companionship platform that includes uncensored/NSFW-generated content, so candidates must be comfortable working within this sector.#J-18808-Ljbffr
