Experteer Overview In this role you drive Investigator and site payments within a global clinical payments function. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, accurate processing and reporting, while exploring process improvements and AI-enabled solutions. You help manage financial risks and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders, contributing to efficient site payment operations across borders. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at a company that values courageous, accountable, inclusive collaboration.Compensaciones / Incentivos - Process investigator and site payments in compliance with procedures, regulations, contracts, and country-specific requirements - Compile and review data from budgets, EDC, and CTMS systems - Review site invoices, investigate issues, and respond with resolutions - Perform reconciliations and prepare accruals and forecasts - Develop and maintain standard reports - Drive process, system, and reporting improvements,



including AI adoption in Clinical Payments - Identify and manage operational and financial risks related to site payments - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Create, maintain, and collect process, project, and financial documentationResponsabilidades - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical payments - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Strong financial, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to analyse data efficiently and present practical solutions - Ability to work effectively in a global environment - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes - Strong customer-oriented mindset and service approach - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Good knowledge of and experience with MS Office, financial systems, EDC, and CTMS platformsRequisitos principales -
