Professional experience in coordination with associations, social or health entities, families, multidisciplinary teams, or other community agents. 0.5 points will be awarded for each year of accredited experience. Maximum score: 1 point.
Experience in organizing and facilitating activities, conferences, workshops, meetings, or initiatives related to volunteering, social participation, or awareness-raising. 0.25 points will be awarded for each distinct and properly accredited activity or initiative. Maximum score: 1 point.
Experience in developing and monitoring action or intervention plans, reports, records,

Selection process
Selection process: Based on the points obtained in the merit evaluation, at least the top three candidates will be selected for a personal interview, where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who obtain at least 50% of the points for assessable merits will be eligible for the interview stage.
