Social Media Strategy & Campaign Activation
Collaborate with the Global Social Media Manager to develop and localize a social media calendar aligned with USA market goals.
Take executive ownership of the USA social media account, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring content performance across platforms.
Partner with the creative team to ensure visually compelling and on-brand content across all social platforms.
Innovate within the social space, finding new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation and community.




Leverage data-driven insights to refine social media strategies, optimizing content for performance and engagement.
Work closely with the USA Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure social activations align with broader business objectives.
Oversee daily engagement across social platforms, delivering timely, brand-aligned responses that foster community growth.
Report weekly and monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth and leads generated from social, and share learnings with the US Marketing Manager and the General Social Media Manager.

Content Creation & Management
Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality content (social posts, stories, videos, interactive formats) for both paid and organic channels, tailored to the USA market. You will be the face of Impress USA on our social channels
Collaborate on content briefs, scripting and reviewing, including the localization of global assets to ensure cultural relevan
