As a Product Manager, Corporate Actions, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical post-trade operations within a rapidly growing financial infrastructure environment. You will oversee the systems, data quality, vendor relationships, and workflows that ensure corporate actions are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and compliance, you will turn complex financial requirements into scalable, reliable solutions. Your work will support the expansion into new asset classes, international markets, and institutional partnerships. You will also help automate operational processes while maintaining the accuracy and controls required in a regulated financial services environment. Accountabilities

Own the Corporate Actions Product Lifecycle: Define and execute the product roadmap for announcement capture, entitlement calculations, mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, payouts, and exception handling. Establish clear timelines, acceptance criteria, and quality controls to ensure accurate and timely processing at scale.

Manage Vendors and Data Quality: Oversee relationships with corporate action data providers, improve announcement validation workflows, and establish reliable data quality standards to support safe and effective automation.

Drive Operational Automation: Design and implement phased automation for mandatory corporate actions and pre-reconciliation processes, balancing efficiency with accuracy, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
