Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for users, providing expert technical support within the Information Technology sector




• Optimize search engine experiences by providing analytical insights and troubleshooting technical queries in Norwegian
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, professional, and efficient solutions
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and search engine product developments to provide informed advice
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex system issues and enhance user performance
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met while adhering to company guidelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
