Overview

In this Medical Manager Immunology role, you shape and execute the Medical Affairs strategy within Immunology, providing scientific expertise across the organization. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate and share scientific insights, support clinical research, and engage healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. You combine scientific excellence with strategic thinking to help improve patient outcomes. You will work within a cross-functional team to drive meaningful medical impact and ensure compliant, evidence-based communications.

Responsabilidades

- Support development and execution of Medical Affairs plans within Immunology aligned with therapy area strategy
- Provide timely medical and scientific responses and develop standard response documents for FAQs
- Contribute medical input to clinical trials and research activities
- Support initiation and oversight of clinical studies and IITs/NIS activities
- Engage with KOLs and healthcare professionals for scientific dialogue




- Coordinate medical review and approval of local medical and promotional materials
- Tailor global/regional medical materials to local needs and ensure compliant approvals
- Generate medical insights for cross-functional partners (PV, Regulatory, MA, QA, Commercial, Brand)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate medical perspectives into business activities
- Identify and mitigate risks, develop internal controls, and ensure ethics & compliance

Requisitos principales

- Relevant scientific, medical or healthcare educational background
- Experience in Medical Affairs or related pharmaceutical environment
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information
- Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders
- Ability to translate insights into Medical Affairs strategy and activities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities
